Winona Forest Recreation Association offers miles and miles of trails for hiking, running, biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, UTVs, ATVs, mushing, fat tire biking (all seasons) and more. Variety of trail types and terrain. Informational signs and well marked. Free parking and admission, but you can also join the association. They have a multitute of events.
Located just a few Miles North East of Sandy Creek NY.

4/19/26 - SPRING CLEAN & PLAY DAY. Who wants a FREE Day to Play at Rose Cherry Farm Homestead with a FREE pizza party? Come help use celebrate Earth Month with a neighborhood clean up and mulch spreading!! All kids who participate get a $10 coupon off of any of our summer programming as well! 10:00am-12:30pm
We'll do some clean up along the road, if time move some mulch, but we're ending the 'work' part in time for pizza party, free play with chickens, frog pond, playground, and some zip-line fun.

Bring your kiddo(s) and their cuddly friends and enjoy a fun-filled day at our Teddy Bear Picnic & Clinic. It's the perfect chance for kids to share stories, explore the homestead, and learn some simple care tips for their teddy bears in a relaxed, friendly setting. Kid picnics provided!
We can't wait to see you and your fuzzy pals there!
- Saturday June 13: Make your own Wooden Car Workshop:
10:30 AM-12:30 PM - $30 per participant
Join us to build a cool wooden car from scratch and race it against your friends—there will also be time to explore the grounds!
The Make Garage: Build and Race a Wooden Car
Ready to get hands-on and have a blast? Join us in the Maker Garage where you'll build your very own wooden car, paint it and once dry, race it against others! This event is perfect for anyone who loves creating, competing, and having fun. Bring your energy and creativity – let’s make some awesome wooden wheels roll! There will also be time to meet the chickens, catch some frogs, play on the playground, and run wild and free while your cars dry!
