In 2016, Shannon and Timmy Hodson blended their families—Shannon and four-year-old daughter Natalie—Timmy and his three children (Kaitlyn—14 years old, Tyler—16 years old and Brandon—19 years old).

Together they bought 2.25 acres of land in Lysander, NY, near the last exit of 690 North. A house was built. And Natalie, then at age 6, exclaimed “Let’s start a farm and call it Rose Cherry Farm!” How could we deny such excitement?! On this little homestead, we grow vegetables and herbs galore, and our fruit trees are finally starting to bear fruit. We raise chickens for their eggs. More than anything, Rose Cherry Farm is a little piece of Paradise! And we are excited to share it with kids across Central New York!
